Students working with a Bespoke tutor:

Tutor Review Option

If you are not one of our regular clients and just want to come into the office and take a test, don't waste time trying to figure out your mock test results on your own. Make an appointment with one of our tutors to go over the test after you take it. These 1.5-hour sessions can be used to focus on areas you are still having difficulty in, and our tutors can show you techniques to improve your score. (Tutoring is not done the same day as testing.)

* Mock packages expire 2 years from the date of purchase. There are no refunds for tests not taken once a package has been purchased. Note that mock tests must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance or they will count as one of your pre-paid tests if you have purchased a package.

Prohibited Calculators*

The ACT exam does not allow the use of TI calculators that have the number 89 or above, while the SAT I and II exams currently allow all types of calculators. ISEEs, SSATs, and SHSATs do not allow calculators at all. * Make sure to check online at the test-makers' websites in case this information has changed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all registrations not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the mock test are billed in full. If you have purchased a mock testing package, a mock test no-show will count as one of your pre-paid tests. Your attention to this policy is greatly appreciated.

Walk-In Policy

Please make sure you register for your mock test and arrive at the date and time you specified when you registered. Any changes to weekend registrations made after Friday at 6pm are subject to a fee of $25 for US locations and 15€ for Paris. If you are not registered or you arrive on a different day or at a different time, there will be a charge ($25/15€) added to your mock testing fee.
