Bespoke helps students quickly zero in on areas of weakness and work through difficulties as they learn new content and strategies. Using our proprietary curricula and lesson books, which we regularly update, we teach our students how to categorize and respond to different question types on standardized tests. Through repetition and learning key content, students become more adept at and comfortable with these exams. By mock testing under timed, proctored conditions with real, released tests as well as Bespoke’s proprietary ones, students are able to reinforce what they are learning in sessions.
Test preparation is a process. Changes do not necessarily happen overnight and cannot be expected to. Preparing for a standardized test is most similar to learning a musical instrument or a sport, rather than studying for something like a next-day math test at school. Just like music and sports, consistent and regular practice allow students to get familiar over time with similar question types and problem-solving strategies. A good tutor can recognize areas of difficulty and patterns of question types that a student is struggling with. Bespoke’s tutors use a combination of our proven curricula, released material from the test makers, and their own individualized program created with support from Bespoke’s full-time office staff to build a program with the greatest impact.
