First, refer to the Online Testing Guide in the invitation email. If your student is still unable to join the testing room, reply-all to the invitation email.
The Google Meet testing room link is provided in the invitation email. No login or software download is necessary to use Google Meet—your student can just click the link in the invitation. Students then provide their first and last names for attendance and are admitted to the room.
Your student should print the test booklet and bubble sheet before the day of the mock test. The test answers cannot be recorded electronically.
All testers are required to leave their cameras on to protect the integrity of the session. Prior to starting the test, students are asked to pin their proctor’s screen so the proctor will be the primary display.
We do not record any mock testing sessions.
At the end of the mock test, the proctor’s email address will appear in the chat window. When the mock ends, your student will take pictures or a scan of the bubble sheet and email it to the proctor. Students remain in the virtual testing room until the proctor gives confirmation that the completed bubble sheet has been received.
