Will I receive a refund if I need to cancel my student’s mock test?

You will not be charged for cancellations made through your student’s Bespoke Account up to 24 hours before a test. If you need to cancel your student’s mock after the deadline, please contact our Mock Testing Team. Extra fees may apply for late cancellations.
